Also be aware that it works slightly different for Naval Missions, some Skills are required only by Captains, others only be Crew members and some by both. Captains of ships only require Diplomacy, Leadership, Navigation and Sailing Skills, whereas Crew members of ships only require Climbing, Fishing, and Sailing Skills and some fighting ability:
